Here’s a time-saving trick:
Stop spending time with retail sellers.
It’s a given right? But many (even experienced) are whistling around with these sellers that’ll never do business with you.
That in fact, was one of the “big moments” for a wholesaler friend of mine when he started boosting up his deal flow: by just ignoring the unmotivated, and focusing on the motivated.
There is a word for this.
And it’s called “repulsion marketing”.
It’s what I do frequently in my publishing business and I did in Land. I’ll most likely write up a newsletter inside the Deal Magnet News on how to do this in your business.
